Movies cinematic Marvel universe ( Eng. Marvel the Cinematic Universe ) brought together many characters from different films based on the Marvel Comics company and developed the film company Marvel Studios .
The production of films began in 2007, and to date, Marvel Studios have released 23 kinokomiksa, moreover, at least 14 more films are in different stages of development. The Marvel Cinematic Universe is the largest franchise of all time with total fees of more than $ 22.5 billion. The first three phases are known as the "Infinity Saga." Spider-Man films are funded by Sony Pictures .
In The fourth phase will include the films " Black Widow " (2020), " Eternal " (2021), " Shang-Chi and the Legend of ten rings " (2021), "Spider-Man 3" (2021), " Thor: Love and Thunder " (2022) and " Doctor Strange: Into Multiverse Madness " (2022), as well as eight announced Disney + series . In October 2018 Ryan Kugler has concluded a contract for directing and script writing sequel " Black Panther " [35] . In July 2019, Kevin Feigi confirmed that the film was under development [49] . At the D23 exhibition in August 2019, the release date, May 6, 2022 (in the United States), and the working title of the film is “Black Panther II” [34] .
In February 2019 Brie Larson expressed interest in including Kamala Khan / Ms. Marvel to the potential continuation of the " Captain Marvel " [50] ; while Kevin Feigi had previously announced his plans for an early representation of Khan in KVM [51] . A month later, Feigi said that he has “just great” ideas for a sequel [52] , the events of which can unfold between the end of the first film and the appearance of Carol Danvers in the “ Final ” [53] . Lasha Lynch has expressed interest in returning to the role of Mary in such Rambaud continuing [54] . At San Diego Comic-Con 2019Kevin Feigi confirmed that the film is under development [55] . After the release of Ant-Man and the Wasp , director Peyton Reed noted that he and Marvel are very hopeful for the third part, discussions of potential versions of the story for the triquel have already taken place [56] . Michael Douglas, however, expressed interest in playing the young Hank Pim in the prequel [57] , which was already marked by Reed in the first part [39] . In February 2019, Douglas, speaking of a potential triquel, said that “there was talk [of the third part] ... [but] no exact agreements were reached” [40]. In October 2019, when asked about the future of Paul Rudd as Ant-Man, Kevin Feigi replied: “The chess pieces were placed very precisely after [Avengers: Final]. Those that are removed from the board are really removed, and those that are still in the game cannot be reasoned with full confidence ” [58] . In November, it was confirmed that Paignton Reed would be directing Ant-Man 3. In April 2020, Jeff Lawness, one of the screenwriters of the animated series Rick and Morty , was hired to work on the triquel [41] . Estimated premiere date is October 2022; filming will begin in early 2021 [59] .
A solo project about Eric Brooks / Blade under development with Mahershala Ali in the lead role was announced at the San Diego Comic-Con 2019 [24] . Kevin Feigi later revealed that Ali called Marvel Studios with a proposal to play this role in a new project. Earlier, the actor played Cornell's “Shchitomordnika” Stokes in the first season of the television series “ Luke Cage ” [60] . Feigi confirmed that the project will not enter Phase Four [61] .
The project will reboot, ignoring the events of the original franchise from New Line Cinema and Warner Bros. Pictures . The rights to the character returned to Marvel in May 2013 [62] , then the development of the project scenario began [63] . In July 2015, Wesley Snipes stated that he was discussing with Marvel Studios the possibility of a return to his role [64] . In July 2019, at the San Diego Comic-Con, Kevin Feigi announced that the Fantastic Four would join the film universe in one of their future projects [79] . In an interview with Variety , Kevin said the film being developed “will lift the first Marvel team to the level and level that these heroes deserve” after a previous adaptation from 20th Century Fox criticized and failed at the box office [80] .
During the Marvel Studios panel at the San Diego Comic-Con 2019, Kevin Feigi confirmed that the studio is developing films about mutants (which includes the X-Men ) [24] [81] . The Disney and Marvel executives carefully watched the Once Upon a Deadpool version for possible character processing and incorporation into the lower age rating of the movie universe [48]. In October 2019, screenwriters of both parts of Deadpool Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick said they were awaiting approval from Marvel Studios to begin production of the third film. Reese said: “[Deadpool] will live in the universe of the R (18+) rating we created, and hopefully we will be allowed to play a little bit in the movie sandbox and integrate Wade into KVM” [83] . In December 2019, Ryan Reynolds confirmed that Deadpool 3 was under development at Marvel Studios [84] .
